Support BRUG

Sponsor a meeting

Interested in meeting local SQL Server, .NET, and data/analytics professionals? Sponsoring a meeting is a low-cost way to put your company in front of the Baton Rouge tech community.

What sponsorship includes

Sponsorship of a user group meeting covers dinner for approximately 15–20 people. While the food choice is up to you, pizza or jambalaya is always a hit — and it's a bargain considering the exposure you get with area IT professionals across BRUG's three member groups: the Baton Rouge SQL Server User Group (BRSSUG), the Baton Rouge .NET User Group (BRDNUG), and the Baton Rouge Analytics & Intelligence Network (BRAIN).

  • During announcements, we'll introduce you and you can introduce your company, mission, industry, and any job postings to the group.
  • You can speak for a minute, or give a lightning-round presentation up to 15 minutes.
  • At the end of the meeting we do a raffle for books and swag — we encourage you to hang around, network, and give away a prize.
  • An invoice can be provided upon request. Baton Rouge User Groups is a not-for-profit corporation, but sponsorship is not tax-deductible — your fee covers only our expenses (dinner).
